About us
With years of experience in the industry, we reimagine the home experience to be fuss-free — so you can focus on what's important to you.
Why we started
When Homees (previously SGHomeNeeds) started, we had nothing — just the brains and the brawn to create a basic product that could really work. But we had the vision for a brand, and the conviction that we could solve thousands of homeowners' frustrations in Singapore.
Homeowners need a safe place to reliably find the best services and fair prices for their home problems.
Homeowners need to compare quotations and have real options — not just whoever picks up the phone.
Homeowners want inspiration and ideas to improve a place they call home.
Homees' guiding mission is to elevate the quality of homes: fix the problem at a fair price, with good service, when you need it — and improve your home with the most inspiring ideas and best prices.
With this vision, we've worked thousands of hours building a platform for homeowners and contractors alike — completely free for homeowners.
This is why we have a no-advertising policy — companies join ONLY after we screen their backgrounds, and we reserve the right to remove them at any point of time.
What counts as a home service
Homees lists home services, not home products. The test is simple: does someone have to come to your home to do the job? If yes, it belongs here. If it arrives in a box, it doesn't.
- In: installation, repair, servicing, cleaning, moving, inspection, design-and-build — aircon, plumbing, electrical, curtains, gates, doors, flooring, renovation and the rest.
- Out: furniture stores, showrooms, appliance retailers, online shops and anything delivered rather than done.
- Sells and installs? In. A curtain company that measures and fits, a gate maker who installs, an aircon dealer who fits the unit. Sells only? Out.
What we do
Every listing is checked against its Google listing — operating status, ratings and reviews — and read by a person before it appears; Verified listings also have their ACRA registration number on file. Our Best Pros carry an additional manual review by the Homees team, and each profile shows when its data was last checked.
We're here to improve your home
Browse hundreds of vetted pros, read their real Google reviews, and see published prices with our resources. Have full control over your home improvement projects with Homees.
