Every listing is checked against its Google listing — operating status, ratings and reviews — and read by a person before it appears in the directory. Verified listings also have their ACRA registration number on file and printed on the profile. Companies that are permanently closed don't get listed. Our Best Pros carry an additional manual review by the Homees team, and each profile shows when its data was last checked.

Yes. Ratings and review counts come straight from Google and are shown verbatim with their dates — never edited, never reworded. Profiles show a selection of recent reviews, and every profile links to the company's Google listing so you can read all reviews at the source.

No. Homees has a no-advertising policy: companies cannot pay to join the directory or to appear above anyone else. We select who gets listed, and we reserve the right to remove any company at any point — that's why homeowners can trust what they see.

No — Homees is completely free for homeowners, forever. Browse listings, compare prices with our cost guides, and contact any contractor directly.

Directly. Sign up free to see the phone number and email each company has published — you talk to the pro, not to us. There's no middleman and no markup: compare quotes from a few contractors and choose the one that suits you.

Tell us at contact@homees.co and we'll correct it. Listing details come from public sources and the companies' own materials, and while we check every company against Google and read its website ourselves, businesses do change hands, move, or close between checks.

Write to contact@homees.co with your company's UEN. We'll verify your business against the official registry and take it from there — whether that's adding you, correcting your details, or taking your listing down.
